Watch issue | Image Modified | It is possible to watch an issue to be informed about its progress, even when you're not working on it. Issue configurations allow you to configure what exactly you will be informed about as a watcher. |
Mark issue as private | Image Modified | Private issues can only be viewed by users that belong to the organisation of the assignee. |
Add comment | Image Modified | Use comments to share information about the issue with other users. Comments will be shown in the issue history. |
Assign | Image Modified | An issue can be assigned to another employee. Depending on the issue type, the assignee could be an intern of your own organisation, an external person (for example of the Hörburger AG) or your own customer. |
Start progress | Image Modified | Start working on the issue by clicking this button. |
Stop progress | Image Modified | Select this button to stop the progress. The issue will change back to the state "open". |
Finish progress | Image Modified | Close the issue once everything is done. You can continue watching closed issues as well as adding documents and comments to them. |
Reopen issue | Image Modified | Reopen an issue to change its state to "open". You can start working on it again. |
