A facility type is a template that, among other aspects, defines the properties and data points of a facility.

Every facility type has predefined data points and a dashboard with suitable widgets to minimize the setup effort. They are automatically created together with the facility and can later be changed according to the precise needs. 

Facility types help QBRX to understand your data and analyze it fast.

Changes to the facility type will automatically be assumed at all matching facilities. If, for example, a new property field has been added the to a type, it will also be available at all fitting facilities.

Facility types are grouped up in categories to enable a fast navigation and filtering. 

All available facility types including the information for meanings are deposited in a facility library.
