In QBRX, we distinguish between customer and partner accounts.

Customer accounts represents end users that have access to their own facilities.

Whereas partner accounts are intended for companies that not only use QBRX to manage their own facilities, but also provide the software for third party users, for example within energy management projects. Users of partner accounts can create and manage subordinate accounts, which results in an account hierarchy.
