What are message subscriptions?

Message subscriptions inform you about messages in QBRX that fit specific criteria, which have been selected beforehand.

Message subscriptions can be defined using flexible criteria based on a modular principle. You'll always receive a notification whenever a message is updated that fits your criteria.

This way, you'll always stay up to date and get an overview of all messages, that are important to you. You don't have to view all messages in your facilities to find the ones you're looking for. Instead, you'll be informed about everything as soons soon as it happens and can react immediately. 

Where can I see my subscriptions and subscribed messages?

Message subscriptions can be found

in the dialog box of the same name.

• Go to your user settings in the upper right corner of QBRX and select "Message subscriptions".
• The dialog box displays all of your message subscriptions. Here you can create new subscriptions, edit and delete them.

Subscribed messages can be viewed in the message center.

• The message center can display all of your messages, that fit the criteria of your subscriptions. 
• Here, messages can be acknowledged, commented and linked to fitting issues.

Notifications inform you about subscribed messages

• You receive a notification in QBRX whenever a message fits the criteria of one of your subscriptions. 
• Select a message in your notifications to view and edit it in the message center. 

How will I be informed about subscriptions?

You can be informed about your message subscriptions in two ways:

• Notifications - You'll receive a notification whenever a message fits the criteria of one of your subscriptions. Notifications can be found at the small bell in the upper right corner of QBRX.
• E-Mail - Additionally, you can be informed via E-Mail about your subscribed messages. This option can be enabled or disabled individually for every message subscription.The
